Father,
We are so disheartened by recent events in our country. We cry out to You, “Why, O Lord!” Help us to trust You for all that we see happening in our world. Remind us of Your Greatness, Your Goodness and Your Sovereignty. Encourage our hearts to seek refuge in Your abiding Love for us and give us strength to share Your love with those around us.
